We recommend a clear 8x8 foot footprint with at least 8 feet of ceiling clearance. This gives your guests comfortable space to gather, pose, and view instant prints without bottlenecking foot traffic.
Our setup requires one dedicated 120V standard household outlet (15–20 amp) within 25 feet of the booth location. We supply all commercial-grade, taped-down extension cables and surge protection.
We begin collaborating on your custom photo strip artwork 4 weeks before your event date. Final design approval is needed at least 10 business days prior so our print technicians can calibrate layout and typography.
Yes, provided the booth is placed on a completely flat, dry, hard surface (paved patio, deck, or flooring—no bare grass or dirt) under a sturdy, weather-tight tent or covered portico that guards against wind, moisture, and direct sun.
Travel: the first 15 miles from Los Angeles are free. After that, travel is $2 per round-trip mile (example: a 40-mile event is 25 extra miles x 2 = 50 miles, so $100). Parking and tolls are passed through at cost. Events more than 100 miles away add a lodging stipend of about $150.
The $100 deposit secures your date and is non-refundable.
