Glassware add-on
Glassware rental: per guest, minimum. Includes 2 standard glasses per guest. Broken or missing glasses are charged at replacement cost. Optional 6.25% protection covers accidental breakage only.

Travel: the first 15 miles from Los Angeles are free. After that, travel is $2 per round-trip mile (example: a 40-mile event is 25 extra miles x 2 = 50 miles, so $100). Parking and tolls are passed through at cost. Events more than 100 miles away add a lodging stipend of about $150. Holiday and peak dates may carry a 20–50% surcharge. We provide a free alcohol shopping list.
