We recommend a clear 8×8 foot footprint with at least 8 feet of ceiling clearance. This gives your guests comfortable space to gather, pose, and view instant prints without bottlenecking foot traffic.
Our setup requires one dedicated 120V standard household outlet (15–20 amp) within 25 feet of the booth location. We supply all commercial-grade, taped-down extension cables and surge protection.
We begin collaborating on your bespoke photo strip artwork 4 weeks before your event date. Final design approval is needed at least 10 business days prior so our print technicians can calibrate layout and typography.
Yes, provided the booth is placed on a completely flat, dry, hard surface (paved patio, deck, or flooring—no bare grass or dirt) under a sturdy, weather-tight tent or covered portico that guards against wind, moisture, and direct sun.
Deposits are fully transferable to any available date within 12 months when requested at least 30 days prior to your event. Cancellations made inside 30 days forfeit the deposit, with no further balance due.
